宣講會(huì)之后現(xiàn)場(chǎng)提交簡(jiǎn)歷，hr現(xiàn)場(chǎng)簡(jiǎn)單面試，就是問(wèn)一下四六級(jí)啊，學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)，應(yīng)聘崗位和工作地點(diǎn)的問(wèn)題，時(shí)間很短，就幾分鐘。當(dāng)天晚上通知第二天上午面試。一個(gè)面試官，5個(gè)應(yīng)聘者，先讓做一個(gè)即興演講，然后是自我介紹，最后是結(jié)構(gòu)化面試。中午通知下午面試。三個(gè)面試官，五個(gè)應(yīng)聘者。還是針對(duì)簡(jiǎn)歷上的內(nèi)容提一些問(wèn)題。然后是說(shuō)了薪酬待遇。碩士5000，轉(zhuǎn)正后5500，稅前。讓我們回來(lái)考慮，晚上9點(diǎn)前告訴他們簽不簽。

即興演講題目是對(duì)自己的大學(xué)生活給一個(gè)關(guān)鍵詞描述。這個(gè)挺簡(jiǎn)單，把大學(xué)做了寫什么說(shuō)一下就可以了。我同學(xué)在另一組，他們的即興演講就比較難，是“生命中的綠葉”“建筑與藝術(shù)”“沒(méi)有比腳更長(zhǎng)的路，沒(méi)有比人更高的山”選一個(gè)展開(kāi)演講。自我介紹讓說(shuō)一下為什么想加入中建鋼構(gòu)。問(wèn)了我簡(jiǎn)歷上的專利具體是什么，然后讓詳細(xì)講了其中一個(gè)。都是針對(duì)簡(jiǎn)歷上的內(nèi)容問(wèn)的。終面時(shí)問(wèn)我的問(wèn)題比較少，問(wèn)了為什么沒(méi)有去實(shí)習(xí)，還有如果去不了設(shè)計(jì)崗，是否考慮施工管理崗。
